SHIPPING POLICY
Our packages are shipped with loving care via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please ensure someone will be able to accept the package in a reasonable amount of time. Orders are shipped "no signature required ." This means the package can simply be left at the shipping address (such as a residential doorstep) provided to the USPS. In a nutshell...we're unable to be responsible if the package is lost, stolen, eaten, or damaged after USPS has completed the delivery.
If an error was made by The Pink House we'll gladly replace or refund the product to make it right. Otherwise, we're unable to accept any returns.
As much as we hope it never happens, sometimes it does...we cannot be responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. Please note that our chocolates have a minimum 6 month shelf life.
